    Perhaps consider this first: https://www.oponeo.co.uk/

Many on the forum, including myself, wouldn't use anyone else for supply.

^^^^^^ trying not to get on my high horse but both them above are non-UK companies. I'm now trying to keep my £ in the UK so will give the likes of FWR.Co.UK a try first and pay a little (not a lot) more.

I'm all for supporting British business also, but some are just exploitative when it comes to retailing. However, thanks for FWR - I hadn't heard of them but will check next time: https://www.fwr.co.uk/shop/tyres/pirelli

On a more sarcastic note (which is highly unusual for me;)) if I do buy the proposed Triumph Daytona Moto 2 replica, how much of my money will remain in UK? Some will pay for British labour, granted, some will pay Indian and Thai factories, and perhaps the esteemed Mr Bloor might manage to top up a Swiss bank account with the remainder?

I was trying not to come across as a sanctimonious prick, hopefully I didn't.......

If it's an extra £10-£15 then I'll buy local, then UK. But sometimes the difference is so big it just doesn't make sense to.

I agree what you say about the bikes and I own 1 Honda, 2 Suzuki and 2 Ducati so that's not helping Hinckley much!

Just to add. You often find manufacturers will do offers like £30 cash back and if you follow the small print it makes any difference much smaller.

Best to find somewhere like a local tyre fitting shop that does a ride in ride out service. Mush less pissing about if you're lucky enough to have one near You:)

Also you don't have to take tyres you bought somewhere else into another guys shop and have that awk's conversation.........please sir can you fit these tyres for me that I bought online because they were cheaper than You, but hey your gonna charge me 20 quid a wheel to fit them so there's the money I saved gone!

Erm.......sorry about that, just my opinion:D
