You're sitting pretty Nigel, you've got the money to have it if you want and the flexibility to pull out if you don't. What the email says sounds a lot more likely to me, why would they make just 150 UK bikes and not make them a bit special? Doesn't really make sense. Like you say, probably have to wait for a proper announcement to know for certain.
Frig' me. I would take a Scot to think about 'lifting things up'!! But no, Mr Spy. It was all deny and deflect until they must have got jack of me and then only gave me a diluted version which is TOTALLY contrary to info provided by @Lozzy 's post. The present status is that I've paid a deposit (taken from my Filipina dot com bride fund) and am now pacing in the dark until Triumph chooses to make its announcement at Silverstone next month. Fair to say that I'm still pissed off, because I have put my money where my mouth is (and as you all know, it's a massive mouth!) but remain excluded from any worthwhile information.

Just this minute received a phone call that the UK allocation has sold out. Must have been a heap of pre-orders. Fortunately, I have scored one. Yay!
