Been watching this fascinating show on channel 'Yesterday'. Pictorial and history of abandoned buildings, towns, war installations, etc. Worth catching for anyone with engineering/archaeology/history interests. https://yesterday.uktv.co.uk/shows/abandoned-engineering/
Yup. Just now it’s Impossible Engineering. Building a ski resort in Canada Always something interesting on that channel
I agree with you both. My wife on the other hand hates the channel, and quest too, she has to sit in the other room when I’m watching it (or rather I have to go in the other room to watch it)
Combining my love of history and engineering. There couldn’t be a better show, unless it had bikes and tits in too
Lol, we never sit in the same room!! That soap crap drives me nuts, really that stuff should be banned from broadcast as it just fucks up peoples brains, especially omnibus editions!! Just as well there are 5 tvs in the house
Agree. I won't have a bar of Corrie, LeastEnders, Waterloo Road etc. One has to set their their minds to culture and real human interaction: Love Island; Kardashians; Dr Pimple Popper . . .
Ahahaha class!!! I actually watched pimple popper for the first time last week, and strangely thought to myself - Nigel would like her! I don’t know what was worse; me thinking about you, or seeing her remove an extra hanging sack of fatty tissue from next to a guys real sack!!
I really like watching the wildlife Nat Geo Wild - the African wildlife, lions, buffalo, elephants and hyenas and all that. Never get tired of watching lions running around chasing stuff, and fighting with hyenas. Savage Kingdom has just finished, which was ace. The Last Lions narrated by Jeremy Irons was probably one of the best I have ever seen, really dramatic and different. The cinematography is nothing like I have seen in a wildlife documentary before.
Sir David Attenborough commentaries are the best in my opinion. He could likely talk about split peas in Tesco and it would be interesting (Not taking anything away from Jeremy Irons though, he is awesome too). Rather good in the Borgias series as well
