Wanted for RR4

Anyone have an ABBA Superbike Stand fitting kit for an RR4? (Postage/collect Worcester area)

Are they the same as the 06/07?

 

Yes, BSS. But different from 08 - 18, which I have. I have a kit for the MV also, so didn't particularly want to drop another 20 quid to ABBA.

 

I have a set on my Abba Stand at the moment, I'll check which bits are bike specific and will happily send you the bits for the blade.

 

Thanks for the offer, but you have an 06 as I recall, and the 'bike specific' bits are the two lugs which fit into the frame 'sleeves'. Unless you have two sets, I am sure you will need those for your own. If you do have spares, however, will be happy to purchase. Cheers again.

 

I checked on Abba Stands site and they say the kit for the 04/05 is different from the 06/07.

 

Bleedin' heck. I'm having a bad run. Yesterday I stuffed up on the 2018 rear sub-frame, and now this. Of course I knew there were heaps of refinements, but I thought the chassis was restricted to steering and wheelbase. Another tick on the learning experience! Obviously I will bow to ABBA's knowledge. So, thanks for your offer, but no deal I guess. Cheers for your time and help.

 

why dont you just buy what you need .

 

I will, but I hoped a forum member might have a set tucked away in a safe place that they might sacrifice for a tenner!
