I'm after a set of front discs for my RR5 trackbike as when I bought WOW,s off Ebay the guy wrongly fitted a set from an RR6/7. These are 10mm bigger and stop my calipers from seating correctly.
The correct diameter should be 310mm.

Stuart :D Looked at that but it's not a straight forward washer/spacer, it fits inside the caliper as well as the fork leg. If there is such a thing I wouldn't know where to source it from.

I thought the likes of Brembo used spacers as standard to allow them to fit different applications where different sized radial calipers were involved?

The spacers used on 06 and later bikes will be available from your local Honda dealer, and so you will be able to use the bigger discs. Got to be cheaper than more discs!

Cheers fellas! Found the spacers at Demon Tweeks but I'll also get a quote from local Honda Dealer :)eek:) Just managed to end my Ebay auction early for the 320mm discs as no-one had bid on them yet.

The spacers you need are just 5mm washers basically and can get them for about 20 quid, only prob you will have is every time you want to switch wheels you will have to take the callipers off as the spacers fit between the calliper and forks, so will have to fit and unfit for each wheel

Taking the calipers off Martin will be a damn site easier than changing the discs which is what I'm having to do at the moment! Especially when I only have 40mins between each session to do this and fit tyre warmers, re-fuel, etc.

Do you not need to remove the calipers anyway when changing wheels?
The only thing I would do is paint or mark the spacers and bolts that go with the wet wheel and keep everything together!
