Think the Welsh rr needs to be a bit more like Chile in their attitude to regulations & red tape...

Just set up & go :D

Holy crap, and I thought Spain's Running of the Bulls was dangerous!

Are you sure this was Chile though? I've got a hankering it might have been PauloHRC in preparation for his forthcoming track day:D:D.

Good job a few of us booked the ferry and hotel for the Ulster GP, we thought about the Welsh TT but decided on UGP instead I bet the hotels are jam packed now !!!!!

I did wonder why they'd decided to hold the first Welsh one at the same time as the Ulster as it was going going to reduce possible crowd numbers & make some potential entrants have to choose between the two.
Maybe a blessing in disguise & they can get a future date that doesn't clash.

I don't think any of the top riders would have done the Welsh TT because of that reason, 4th and 5th August then getting over to Ulster for the 7th that's presuming no injuries or bike problems as well it's not worth the risk

Amazing what these guys can do on a Raleigh Chopper these days!!

I tried that once round the streets of Urmston and ended up running over a cat, an old lady and a load of dog shit!! Took ages to get out of my tyres o_O

That's what put me off ultimately doing the Welsh, way too close to the Ulster. If you haven't been to the Ulster before it is awesome. Amazing circuit and well worth watching from around the Jordan's Cross or Lougher's corners, as we are pretty much flat out there. Awesome circuit.
