Have you done quick action throttle tube?

It's one of the cheaper mods, 20 or 30 quid with the HRC tube.

Trying to think of things to keep you busy without spending wads of wonga :)

Yeah. I love it, makes the throttle twist shorter so you get to full beans quicker and I find it more comfortable to hold it pinned.

Obviously you lose a certain degree of control with it and have to be slightly more cautious with your right hand.

I only bought and swapped the HRC throttle tube, you can buy a kit with the cables etc which are slightly longer but I didnt need them, others have done the mod without the longer cables too.

Only thing I cant remember if I also bought was the housing part? I will have a look at the parts to see if I can refresh my memory.

You could buy me a set of ASV levers if you want to buy stuff. I'll send you good vibes in return :D

Without knowing what you have/dont have already.

Cheaper end of the scale - LED Headlight bulbs, braided brake lines

Higher end of the scale - Carbon fibre body work, Quickshifter.....

GB Racing covers? One of those things it's better to keep an eye out on ebay for as you often see unmarked used ones or new sets discounted.

I bought some yoshimura case savers but tbh I wasn’t keen on them on, I’m not a fan of crash protection. I think it almost always isn’t aesthetically pleasing and detracts from the sporty look of the bike. Just my opinion, not trying to offend!

Well its been said already but a quickshifter is something that will make your growler howl ;)
The iS4 is pricey new though Liam but Chin got a different one for a decent price...

That’s what I’ve been looking at today. Can’t justify it for how I ride now though Jimmy (enough run ins with the local constabulary :rolleyes::D) so I’ve slowed down quite a lot!

Those with them, what’s the benefits for everyday riding? Is it worth it for everyday or purely track use/cool factor? I already upshift clutchless - have been for ever lol.

I put the baffle back into my akra and it has made it less painful on the ears but still has a deep enough rumble :)
Less likely to draw so much attention...maybe

 I never got a hat with mine.

Quickshifter is so much fun. It doesn't sound like there are all that many benefits but they transform a bike. They are one of those things that you dont miss until you have ridden with one and then you cant be without!
