My track day addiction is getting worse today I ordered tyre warmers and to hide my addiction from my wife I got them to deliver to my works address to avoid the moaning,as she just wouldn't understand why.

Now I am looking at ohlins suspension now that the Wife would never understand and if I told her how much she would go fecking mental.

yep its real annoying when that happens lol, ive yet to put a tax holder on this bike, iv been carrying it around in my wallet,
very tempted to put a really small plate on the back but i could be only askin for trouble, but love the look of it with no plate

May seem a silly question but what does that do?

Holds the gear shaft solid, to stop it flexing under agressive (read "heavy footed") gear changes. I was skeptical myself, but having experienced a few false neutrals when stomping down the gearbox, I bought and fitted one. The difference is unbelievable, it even feels like you dont have to move the gear lever as far in order to select a new gear... and I've not yet had another false neutral.

I lubricated the chain. Oh the glamour!

Then I thought about cleaning it cos I've just done 4 days on it through Wales. Then I remembered I couldn't be bothered.

    Find Your Bike

The picture on thier site is from my HRC when I had one fitted, great bit of kit as said, simple but makes a big difference, especially if you have after market rearsets such as gilles :)

Well first bit not my bike but took my mate upto Arthur for a hm quickshifter which is fantastic!

While I was there I borrowed some tools to remove my pc3 which I thought was faulty as when giving the bike full throttle it would accelerate then cut out quick then go again (throwing me all over the place).
When I lifted the tank I noticed a big link in the fuel pipe so I straightened it out and bolted back togeather, took for a test and all good :D :D :D

Quick bite and then off to loomies if anyone's going???

    Demon Tweaks do them too.
Not online, but if you give them a call then they'll add it to an order (or send it as-is)

To-nite I had to bite the bullet and admit that as I get older my legs are getting shorter!!!!
So with this in mind I fitted a..........................LOWERING KIT!......there! I,ve said it. Now then, the advert says it,ll drop it 25mm but in the real world it seems more like 30mm and now I,ve got to bend the sidestand a tad.
Anyone fitted a lowering kit??.......06 Blade. I could only drop the front by about 3mm as the dia of the forks gets bigger further down.

Rode to the Ace to meet the ever gleaming Freedom David for a smoked garlic interchange. There were some top old Brit bikes there including this corker.
