Looks great and a good weight saving. You could use MVS hollow bolts and Racebolt hollow nuts to really finish it off a treat.

That's another level Si!! .... I'm stunned on how light she's feeling, even every bolt that attaches to the subframe is Ti, even removed the lock for the seat cowl as you can stick your little pinkey through the hole and move the catch!!...can't wait to test with the new wheels and brakes and the new superlight feel... Still drawing blanks on the wheel spindles! Spoke to the guy you mentioned and he's not taking on anymore work this year...

Started with fitting new M7RR rubber...

    Then it all escalated..

    • Forks out and full strip and service.
    • Brakes off, pistons out, resealed and new HEL carbon lines.
    • Swingarm out, shock pivots stripped and regreased.
    • Coolant hoses (one chafed) so full flush out and replaced with a samco kit and the full SS clip kit.
    • Akrapovic slip on fitted.
    • Honda racing seat cowl.
    • Upgrade to 2011 undertray for easier switch between OEM and R&G for motech pannier fitment.
    • Engine oil change to Silkolene 10W30 and genuine filter.
And, full polish and wax with MER. Engine and frame treated to ACF50.

Reckon I'll call it a do at that. o_O

If I can do it in between looking after 300 cattle and sleep, you'll manage it buddy..

Worst job was getting the forks back in and levelled up and torqued up.

Only been doing it at nights when I get done. Couple of hours at a time, you'd be surprised how you chip away at it all. Can't work outdoors in the dark, so put a better light in the garage!

I'm in deepest darkest Lincs.. any advice or suppliers for the bits I'll gladly share.
