    Surprised they're not open!
For your info the Green Hut Cafe at Ollerton is back open Fri/Sat/Sun at the moment. Loos are also open :)

Sad that it’s got to the stage where I feel I need a ground anchor in the garage :( There’s been a spate of opportunistic thefts from garages here (they’re all en bloc, I live in a flat) - hopefully this will add some peace of mind. I just need to find a cordless hammer drill now as the garage has no power....

Got one in mine too mate, you never know. If nothing else at least they see you chaining it’s up whilst they’re stakeing the place out. Hopefully you’ll never need it.

Fingers crossed it's not tested. Seems like recent break-ins have been when they've given doors a shove and found some that give a bit, looking for tools etc.

I'm very careful about when I put it in/out of the garage... if there's anyone hanging around I'll leave it for a bit - go have a cuppa or do another lap of the local streets for ten mins, depending which way I'm going! I have the door open for as short a time as possible so in theory they don't know which one of c.15 garages it comes out of...

My garage had electricity, but I would turn it off in the house with the fuse box unit when going on holiday. Helps to stop the thieving scumbags using my own power tools to nick my bike.

Removed the CAT box and fitted the Leo Vince link pipe to the MT-10. Got my flashed ECU back from J33.

New battery arrived today. It's no wonder these things weigh so little, it's tiny!

Not me but my mate....had full Akra titanium system fitted today at the dealers and an ecu thing..
    Looks much better.
He says they were saying that they're expecting bikes to be heavily discounted soon to get the factories and markets moving...which will be good if you're wanting one but a bugger if you've already bought one!

Fitted a new battery as my old one was knackered. It was showing ‘Good’ on the optimate charger but when I got suited and booted this morning (first ride in a year), the sodding thing wouldn’t start. Phoned Vertu Honda Grantham and Robspeed Honda Grimsby both closed due to the virus. Phoned Webb’s Yamaha Lincoln same story. Mrs did a bit of googling and Halfords Lincoln stocked the same battery as Honda OE. Ordered click and collect from Halford in Lincoln picked it up within an hour. £79 they are now, last time I bought one £54 (from Grantham) Three years ago. Thing started up beautifully so been out on a great ride. Fresh tank of fuel now in it. Top job. That may seem some price increase For a new battery but who cares.

Next time if you get stuck for something like that I’ve got a Halfords trade card and happy to order online for you if needed. Save the pennies :)

Went on a 40 mile loop to B&Q. How was I supposed to know they closed early?
Managed to give the new lid a road test and it is quieter than my Shark and is so light there is absolutely no strain on the neck at all :) Quiet too
