Started work from home at 7am, half seven did a HIIT online exercise class for 30 mins, shower and walk the dogs.
Carry on working til 1 o’clock at my desk in the garage  ...lunch was 3 slices of farmhouse loaf toasted with peanut butter in it and cheese on top of that!
Carr on working til 3, work ends, take the dogs back out.
Sausage beans and mash for tea, then off to the gym for a Bodypump class.
Back home, pissing about on the the internet

Peanut butter and cheese? All together or do you mean the cheese was a snack after the PB on toast?

    This has blown my mind!

I had a 600 mile round trip to Fulham half way through the week and had to be up early every day since. Absolutely battered and was looking forward to a lie in but of course my alarm was still set so I've been awake since before 7

    Nope.
Toast the bread....peanut butter straight on, then cut some cheese slices and lay direct on top.

    Delicious!

I have An sj4000 WiFi and they are now cloning it because it is so good.

if you do set a usb socket up, then when you turn it on(socket) the camera comes on and when you turn it off the camera goes off like a dashcam

Long ride on the mountain bike, along the coastal cycle/foot path. Lovely and sunny and a fresh Northerly wind, 'kin ace.

    Did you catch anything ?

    Was that a charter ?

Interesting article on the mackerel fisheries.

I don't think people fishing for mackerel in local waters using a rod and line, with a few feathers for lures is what is causing the trouble. A Faroese trawler landed a catch of 1,100 tons.

Massive industrial trawlers that suck up hundreds and hundreds of thousands of tons of fish a year should be decommissioned as they are a form of economic warfare and piracy.

How can it be right that a single vessel can suck up 1,100 tons of fish on a single trip. Bastard should have been imprisoned.
