Haha..yeah, he's fine. We kept a closer eye on him over the following day and he showed absolutely zero signs of illness
He's a real chocoholic, luckily the crappy milk chocolate bars we love are laced with more sugar than 'cacao' (I think its called) which is dangerous for doggies.
He ate a whole chocolate santa at christmas last year including the foil! ...stupid boy.

 

My MotoGP buddy once ate half a birthday cake that a visitor stupidly left on the floor thinking it was safe in it's tin foil.

Fortunately not icing etc, but it was a fruit cake heavily laced in alcohol. I swear she was pissed when we got home and found what had happened

The other lab we have has a real weak constitution...he had to have vomit inducing meds at the vets once after eating a raisin bagel someone had thrown on the floor at the park.

After a series of break-ins in the local area my wife decided that we needed some additional home security so we got these two to intimidate the local thugs.

Some might balk at keeping what some might consider dangerous animals like these but we can assure you that we know what we're doing and control them at all times.

He's vicious. I make sure I keep my mobile phone on me and have 999 on speed dial when I go in to clean them out.

Here's my Chocolate Lab Buddy after stealing and eating two Lindt chocolate Santas and the foil they were wrapped in!

He's fine by the way...he has some kind of penchant for chocolate even though too much could potentially kill him,

 

I had 2 labs a few years ago...there was absolutely nothing they wouldn't eat...and were never sick....they're indestructible lol...top dogs

 

Yeah, it's crazy. He ate those Santa's a couple of days ago and I've noticed the foil making an appearance when he makes his deposits ...so grim
