Bought this to flash the ECU's on my road and track bike, which are now sold.

Can't use this on my R1 so need to sell this to get the kit I need for the R1.

Used twice and still in original packaging.

    To suit CBR1000RR 2004 - 2016.

You'll need to buy the Bin file for your bike from Rich at RBEngineering on here. I can sort this if need be.

    Looking for £200 posted.

Bin file will cost you £70.

    Hi Mate

What's the benefit over PCV mapped on a Dyno?

Got a PCV and Autotune (don't think Autotune is actually plugged in) on my new bike, understand autotune is a bit shite on a 2011 blade.

    Cheers
    Mike

    Hi Mike

The main benefit with the ECU flash over the PCV is that it tunes all 8 injectors where as you would need to buy the secondary fuel module to get the same with the PCV.

Also with the ECU flash it has more increments available for tuning.

With the ECU flash you can do so much more than just fueling.

Things like let the cooling fan cut in sooner, disable faults like O2 sensors (that way you don't actually need an O2 eliminator) also disable the exhaust servo fault (again no longer need and exhaust servo eliminator).

With the box I have for sale. All you need if you want to auto tune is to buy the O2 gauge that plugs into the exhaust and it will do it all for you. I just didn't get round to doing that yet.

I'll dig out some more info for you for the kit. Give me a few minutes.

can you use the lamda sensor the Autotune uses or do you have to get a specific one for the Woolich kit.

You need a specific 1 for the Woolich kit.
It's all to do with the connection as I too also had a autotune 1 but couldn't use

Also worth noting that you can also just flash the ECU the way you want it with the options available and then upload a map that they have. For example with Akrapovic exhaust, if you don't want to go down the route of a lambs probe

Yes mate both bike ran great.

I had the Powercommander on the road bike, but on occasion it would cut out when letting off the throttle. Sometimes in a scary way like coming into a corner.

Flashed it with the kit and it ran way better with just a generic map and even sorted out any idling issues.

On the track bike which was tuned I flashed it with the HRC map and timing and honestly the bike was a rocket and gave me great throttle connection even with the quick action throttle.

Put it this way I won't be using a Powercommander ever again. ECU flashing for me now on in.

Can I go to any dyno centre to set this up. Thinking about selling the PC5 and buying this.

Not all mate but there are more than a few that do it and actually prefer ECU flashing route.

    Depends on location really
