Been down to garage to collect my aftermarket parts they've removed and they've done a full assessment of damage.
Only main things salvageable are swingarm, rear shock, rear wheel, clocks loom.
Engine, all internals, pipes everything is knackered or would need full rebuild.
I'm quite proud of myself now lol :D

As they say in Australia, 'fuckin oath mate'.

There's got to be a certain satisfaction in wrecking the fuck out of ones vehicle and walking away with <0 broken bones amongst all that broken metal right?

Almost like there's some force smiling down upon us and wishing us to learn... something.

Indeed....in fact now I've cheered up, I keep laughing at my luck :D
My ex turned up to see how I was... riding his AT in tee shirt, shorts and trainers!
I said ....Seriously  ....after what you've just seen happen to me with full protection on....
But if he had a brain he'd be dangerous....so each to their own :D

LOL, is it not part of what makes us lot with the gonads on the outside so lovable; the fact that we're so consistently dumb?

It's certainly a major factor that makes females so attractive IMO; the fact that you lot are so wonderfully complex and always a mystery to my dumb cave-man brain...

I figure the polarity is maybe as attractive from the opposite end of the spectrum, although maybe I'm just being.. dumb, dumb dumb dumb?

Part of the original bike I'm afraid as are a lot of the trick parts on it. It's insured specifically as the tt limited edition so they know exactly what should be on it.
The bikes damage was also filmed by the police at the scene plus the fecking ch5 TV crew that were with him for that traffic cops shite. I've already pinged off a pissed off email telling them to pixallate my face

I actually looked at this one...

    Screenshot_20210603-205106_Chrome.jpg

But Di has the 17 to 19 model and I've been on it and it feels tiny.
I just love the style and simplicity of the previous blades. Don't understand or can work the electronics so wasted on me and it'd just do my northern bird head in ;)

Tell them that you're taking the driver to court so they can't publish details, including shots of who were involved ;)

Yes that's it! I saw it in there when it first arrived only a few week ago.
As soon as I'd crashed I checked their website for it but it'd been sold pretty much straight away.
Then saw it again Friday and was told the customer had just defaulted on it the day before! It was meant be :) so snapped it up.
The current used market is pretty dire for decent non abs models so well pleased. Only 4600 on clock too :)

hehe I thought it was, was looking at the Honda racing repsol rear hugger on it today, quite fancy one for mine over the little carbon thing I’ve got fitted!
That’s if I keep mine, I’m still undecided on selling it as they’re bloody lovely things that are so easy to get on and ride!
Looked a very clean repsol you bought there, love those repsol fairings too compared to my Matt black test colours, all I can do is give mine a gentle wash when I’ve been on it, can’t even polish it
Hope you get over the injury’s and back out on the bike soon, I might see you around if your near the high peaks, couldn’t believe how many fireblades was out and about today

This slight scuffing on the left bum side of my jeans is where I impacted first.
And is literally the only damage to all my gear!
If they haven't worked out why evolution gave us arses I think I've just solved it lol
