    By the way, I didn't pay £350 for the suspension... Bloody bonkers that would've been :)

    It was £50.... (querty keyboard errors)

    +1 if I had the spare cash / room id have it of ya, also my bro in law will be gutted because at that price it's a bargain but he just got a gixxa.

    no doubt at all. and it looks in real nice condition - better than mine was after 22k in two and a half years of weekend riding, track days and touring on it! lol

    Well I think it's sold....to a German bloke :)

    He rang me today, couldn't figure out if he was serious or what to start with as I was driving down the M1 and the phone kept breaking up.

    Anyway long story short he's apparently a dealer in Germany (not the one mentioned here) and does a run over to the Uk every month or so and needs an R6, he's paid me a deposit via PayPal today and says he's coming over this weekend to collect.

    Really bizarre conversation but he seems genuine enough so with a bit of luck that's the R6 gone.

    +1. And make sure it's readies too ( real ones) as bank draughts and transfers can be dodgy.....

    one of my mates sold 2 bikes and both went to a german guy, he said transaction was very simple and guy was easy 2 deal with

    If its a bankers draught, take it and him straight to the bank. They will guarentee the funds if it's genuine.

    Ditto the above, but it is very possible, i do hear a lot of mint bikes in the uk go this way. It really is a nice bike, but i tried to sit on an R6 once..... could barely get both legs over, a real track focused bike.

    I've said to him it's pure cash I except nothing else and must be £'s so we'll see.

    Im sure he'll be alright, if not he's wasting his time :)
